Texture Finishes
The most common are Orange peel and Knock down, these textures are cost effective hence is normally requested for rental properties or new houses to save budget. On the high end we have: Smooth Finish and Skim Or Level 5. Smooth Or Level 4 is a medium level and it’s recommended for new drywall, it seals all the joints leaving a nice smooth surface. Skim Coat or Level 5 It is most requested on high end houses for its quality and elegance. It contains all the main factors of modern construction such as; symmetry, smoothness and sophistication.
